Coconut Almond Moroccan (PREP TIME: 15min/ COOKTIME: 15mn
INGREDIENTS: ( makes about 20 cookies)
250gr shredded coconut
250gr ground raw almonds
125gr brown sugar
100gr powder sugar(for exterior sweetening)
beat sugar and eggs, add the vanilla extract, then dry ingredients .
Make into 20gr balls(1in”) and roll slightly into powder sugar, place in papercups. Cook for 15mn , 350c oven.
Sprinkle some powder sugar. Enjoy!
